Ready for Crassrail (aka the Tin Lizzie Line) TfL have installed brand new ticket machines at Hayes. They have clearly labelled cash slots for coins and notes. They clearly advertise pre-paid ticket collections; and also Oyster top-ups. However amongst the confusion of signs and notices on the fascias they also display "No Oyster Top-ups", "Bank Cards Only", and pre-aid tickets cannot be issued. And the machines are slow as hell. Southall and West Drayton are the same. You couldn't make this stuff up. Feltham with SWR machines is OK - but then who wants to go there anyway?
