Default Latest minicab problem

It turns out that once a car has been licensed as a Private Hire vehicle
(i.e. minicab) by the Public Carriage Office, and has had stickers applied
to the windscreens denoting this, it can then be legally sold complete with
stickers to anyone, including convicted rapists and child molestors!

That's why my vehicle's the Piccadilly Line -
It's the size of a county and it comes every two and a half minutes
