the apostrophe key does not type that character, but intitiates the
find text function instead? It's a bug. Clear your cache and it should
go away.

Er, no. It's the problem of apostrophe's appearing where they shouldnt
- or should that read apostrophes appearing where they shouldn't- in
particular when the word "its" keeps being displayed as"it's". I
believe it's not a Firefox problem as such, more of a "user initiated
event" (or some similarly clinical computing term).
