Travelling Harringay Green Lanes to Southend via Barking tomorrow.
Going out AM fine. Coming back, TfL website is showing GOBLIN
partially shut 11:00 to 18:00 with rail replacement buses Barking to
South Tottenham. Presumably afterwards normal train service?

National Rail Enquiries journey planner OTOH is showing replacement
buses until the end of the day all the way to Harringay Green Lanes.

So who is right, who is wrong?

It is suspended to South Tottenham until 1800, then the whole line is
suspended. It would be more sensible if TfL put that information in one
message rather than two separate ones.

LONDON OVERGROUND, GOSPEL OAK - BARKING LINE: On Saturday 15 August,
between 1100 and 1800, suspended between South Tottenham and Barking due
to planned engineering works. Replacement buses operate.

LONDON OVERGROUND, GOSPEL OAK - BARKING LINE: On Saturday 15, from 1800
and all day Sunday 16 August, suspended between Gospel Oak and Barking
due to planned engineering works. Replacement buses operate.
