Default Jubilee Line under Portland Place?

http://www.guardian.co.uk/artanddesi...dcasting-house

"There is direct access from there to six new TV studios, suspended on
enormous steel springs, designed to counteract vibrations caused by the
Jubilee Line."

I know the Jubilee Line passes beneath Park Square, but surely only the
Bakerloo and Victoria Lines go near enough Broadcasting House to vibrate it?
