Default When Oystercard is more expensive...

Interesting discovery for Zone 1 users:

Carnet tickets: 10 for £15.00 = £1.50 per journey
Oyster prepay: £1.60 per journey
Standard cost: £2.00 per journey

Carnets are cheaper than pre-pay Lobstercards, which is confusing,
inconsistent, and surprising.
