Now West Hampstead needs to be made into a proper interchange.

Perhaps, but it probably won't include the Met and Chiltern lines.

Yeah... look how far the Chiltern line is from West Hampstead ;-)

It does not even have the elegance of Beck's work. Ughh.

Moving the Jubilee Line platforms west of West End Lane and adding
adjacent Chiltern platforms would enable easy integration with the
Overground station.

Thameslink is more problematic. However, IMHO, the area is ripe for
redevelopment, and the location is perfect for a TOD. Including easy
interchange would then be straightforward. Moreover, there would be
gains in terms of housing, retail, and office space.

Overground station.

It's hardly a great effort to get between the two at present;
certainly shorter than the walking routes between different lines in
many Underground stations. Adding Chiltern Line platforms seemed to
get debated out of feasibility a few months back in u.k.r. on grounds
including train capacity if it was turned into a more local service
than at present.

Thameslink is more problematic.

As is boring through from the Jubilee Line to the NLL which will
probably require demolition of the recently constructed blocks of
flats in between. Any off-street link between the stations is going to
involve going down deep to get below either Blackburn Road or the road
(ex-builders yard?) opposite as West End Lane is on a causeway from
north of WH Thameslink to Broadhurst Gardens with Blackburn Road and
its opposite dropping steeply away.

However, IMHO, the area is ripe for
redevelopment,

Too late, that's been going on for years already. Haven't you looked
out of the train window ?

and the location is perfect for a TOD. Including easy
interchange would then be straightforward. Moreover, there would be
gains in terms of housing, retail, and office space.
