A Couple of Central Line Questions

I saw an eastbound 60TS service train arriving last week into North
Acton, from where it turned and departed westwards.

I am curious how that model, which does not have auto pilot and only
moves based on wayside aspects, is able to operate on the Central Line;
Does the 'all' aspect on that line's signal indicate that a train under
manual and with no sort of cab signalling is clear until the next
signal, be that at the next station or the next junction?

A 92TS on manual mode would still be able to proceed on a wayside's
'code' aspect, assuming that the cab signalling was working, AIUI.

I also noticed on the Central Line a round lineside sign with a black
triangle against a white or grey background. I'm guessing that it
applies when a train is in manual mode, though I don't know what it means.
