Default Usual no progress at Waterloo International

Very little seems to have happened there since I last had a look. They've
filled in some holes in the floor and cut a hole in the railway deck for
some steps. That seems to be about it. Either they're building a secret
underground government bunker under there or NR and their contractors are
the most useless pillocks ever to wear flourescent jackets because in the
last year 4 towers, 2 of them being about 30 stories high have gone up
in the road outside. Its gone beyond farce now, someone needs to take a
damn good look at what the hell is going on there. Or not.
