Piccadilly Line strike
What on earth is this latest strike about? For once, the whole line is
suspended, and a total of four days travel will be disrupted. It's supposedly not about pay, or the usual claims of victimisation of union activists. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/transport/piccadilly-line-strike-passengers-battle-panic-attacks-and-endure-dangerous-overcrowding-in-rush-a3947231.html |

Maybe Homer Simpson could tell you ! PA |

At a guess, he either works in some sort of USAF liaison office there, or, more likely, the father was catching a main line train to the airbase where his son is actually based. Or maybe that was just where he was meeting his son? |

The fighter pilots are at Lakenheath. Although not necessarily living on-base. -- Roland Perry |
