"Cassio Metro" - the new group of buildings next to Watford Met
I was in Watford today and couldn't help but notice the large new
construction that was in progress next to Watford Station on the Metropolitan Line. It looked like either a block of apartments or a business park. Does anybody know if this new construction means a longer career for Watford Met, if the Croxley Link ever happens? Also, I went and had a look at the DC lines that used to carry Bakerloo trains, and I can confirm that the Up Watford (Northbound) line still has long portions of fourth rail which are correctly seated. Surprisingly, so does the defunct Croxley Green branch... Brad |
