Default Metroline Strike & Bus Tickets on Tube

Given that bus tickets are being honoured on the tube for routes
affected by the strike, does it not appear that bus users with Oyster
pre-pay are now in a disadvantaged position? Will they get a refund and
how many would bother asking?
