Second clip starts approcahing Victoria Outer Circle


At about 1 minute 45 seconds on the second clip, there appears to be a
rectangular orange flashing light. Is this correct, or an illusion?
If correct, what does it signify, please?

It denotes the start of a temp speed restriction (15mph) EB across points,
just after the EB platform at South Kensington. This clip was filmed via
Westbound/Outer rail. An EB District/Circle train would see an illuminated
white square with "15".
Next week I'll upload clips Inner rail circle daylight, and a run to/from
Barking.
