Default Streatham Hill Services

In the evening peak, Streatham Hill station sees the largest number of
passengers, mainly from Victoria nand Clapham. This could be because
the other stations on the line, like Balham and Wandsworth Common
enjoy a far more frequent service, so their users can be spread across
a large number of services. I know that the line between Victoria and
West Croydon / London Bridges traverses many junctions, so is probably
a bit of a bottleneck, but is it really the case that the line is at
capacity?

I have noticed recently an increasing level of cancellations at
Streatham Hill, and naturally this is very annoying, because unlike
Balham it means you can wait over half an hour for the next train to
Victoria.

If you take the neighbouring stations to Streatham Hill - Balham,
Tulse Hill and West Norwood, they all have at the least, double the
level of services, but there seems to be no room at Streatham Hill,
even if only for the evening peak.

Hopefully at some point in the near future there will be a service
using the Leigham Spur which will run from London Bridge to Victoria.
Heard the rumour some time ago so don't know if it was true or not!
