NR Tickets on LU

Allegedly the machines at Marylebone (LU) were upgraded to sell a
"larger" range of NR tickets, including Railcard discounted ones, as of
the 14th.

funding climate. However some additional stops on the existing line
might be useful - one serving Abbots Avenue in St Albans,...
