A locomotive became derailed near Bletchley in the early hours of
Friday morning. Major disruption will continue to services to and from
London Euston throughout Friday and into Saturday.

Virgin Trains

Two trains per hour will run between London Euston and Manchester
Piccadilly
Two trains per hour will run between London Euston and Birmingham /
Wolverhampton
One train per hour will run between London Euston and Liverpool Lime
Street
One train per hour will run between London Euston and Preston /
Glasgow
Trains to and from Holyhead / Chester will run between Holyhead /
Chester and Crewe only. Passengers are to change trains at Crewe

Virgin Trains will be running to an amended timetable tomorrow
(Saturday).

From London, the 20 minutes past each hour train to Manchester
Piccadilly will not run. The 43 minutes past each hour train to
Birmingham New Street will start from Milton Keynes Central. Other
trains will be calling additionally at Milton Keynes for connections.

Towards London, the 15 minutes past each hour train from Manchester
Piccadilly will not run. The 06 minutes past each hour train from
Wolverhampton will terminate at Milton Keynes Central. Other trains
will be calling additionally at Milton Keynes for connections.

London Midland

Trains between London Euston and Crewe will run between Northampton
and Crewe only.
Two trains per hour will run between London Euston and Northampton.
- Trains from London at 30 minutes past each hour will be calling at
Watford Junction, Berkhamsted, Tring, Cheddington, Leighton Buzzard,
Bletchley, Milton Keynes Central and Wolverton. Trains will also
depart from Northampton at 30 minutes past each hour, calling at the
same stations.
- Trains from London on the hour will be calling at Watford Junction,
Bletchley and Milton Keynes Central only. Trains will also depart from
Northampton on the hour, calling at the same stations.
Trains between London Euston and Tring will run at 34 minutes past
each hour from London, and at 20 minutes past each hour from Tring.
A limited replacement bus service is running between Northampton and
Wellingborough to connect with trains to/from London St Pancras
International.
A limited replacement bus service is supplementing trains between
Milton Keynes Central and Tring.

Southern

Trains will start / terminate at Watford Junction, so will not run
between Milton Keynes Central and Watford Junction.
This will continue throughout Friday and Saturday. Passengers should
use London Midland services between Milton Keynes Central and Watford
Junction.
These alterations are shown in the Journey Planner.
Sleeper services
This evenings 23:50 London Euston to Glasgow Central and 21:15 London
Euston to Fort William / Inverness services are cancelled. Coaches
will be provided at 23:50 between Euston and Glasgow (calling at
Carstairs), and also between Euston and Edinburgh (direct).
Alternatively customers may use East Coast services between London
Kings Cross and Edinburgh either on Friday (last train is at 19:30),
or on Saturday (first train is at 06:15). Passengers with reservations
for these Sleeper service are advised to contact ScotRail Customer
Relations on 0845 601 5929 for further advice.

Ticket Acceptance
Passengers may use:
East Midlands Trains between Manchester Piccadilly / Derby /
Leicester / Luton Airport Parkway and London St Pancras International
Chiltern Railways between Birmingham and London Marylebone
Northern Rail between Stockport and Sheffield
CrossCountry between Stafford and Reading, Tamworth and Derby,
Nuneaton and Leicester
First Great Western between Reading and London Paddington
East Coast on reasonable routes
First Capital Connect on reasonable routes
London Overground on reasonable routes
Grand Central between Doncaster / York and London Kings Cross
London Underground on reasonable routes
First TransPennine Express services on reasonable routes

Virgin Trains passengers who decide not to travel today may use their
ticket up to Tuesday 7th February.
Ticket Restrictions have been lifted for travel tonight.
