AFAICS, you can use anything to top-up your Pre Pay at a ticket
office except Visitor Vouchers, Warrants (other than PERTIS) or
Postal Orders.

not allowed to do that..."

That doesn't make much sense...

Apparently you can use your Customer Charter vouchers to add credit to
Oystercards.
