Now that *is* an odd decision.

Latimer Road will have a platform closed for nearly a year. Currently trains
are not stopping westbound, in December they will start on the eastbound
platform. I don't think it is feasible to reopen the plaform for two days
when they are in the middle of completely rebuilding it.
