I was not there and I was not dealing with it so I don't know - and
neither do you.

I'm sure you can take an educated guess, though - what factors would
you have taken into account when you were coning off lanes, that
could have led to the situation described?

A situation described by someone who clearly has an axe to grind? I don't
know how the truck was positioned, I don't know what it was carrying, I
don't know whether an allegation was made that the accident was caused by
another driver, I don't know if anyone was injured - or how seriously, etc.
etc. - and neither does Boltar...
