There's no exercise unless one is pedalling against resistance. I
suggest pedalling forwards and making the wheel spin under your body.
That might take some effort.


Can you lift the locked bikes up enough to get some rollers under the
wheels? How about a sheet of teflon greaseproof paper? There could be some
mileage in this, you know. Or lack of mileage, rather.
