He's been at it a good few years now though... I suspected mid 20s or

I'd assumed there were several Tox's, with new ones replacing those who
retired when they graduated from their teenages.

I wonder what the graduation ceremony would be like - perhaps being handed
some golden spray cans, a certificate with a tag on it and the police
waiting at the other end of the podium?
