However if the announcement then continued "...who are hunting down and
eliminating vandals" people might be tolerant of the delay. I bet the
scrote responsible for the tagging under discussion wouldn't want to
find himself down a dark alley at the same time as a train-full of
London commuters armed with pointy sticks.
