As asset replacement work to commission new signalling equipment
advances the '67 stock will no longer be able to operate on the
Victoria line.

The last day of '67 stock passenger operation between Seven Sisters
and Brixton will be on Thursday 30 June 2011. Train number 247 will be
marked as the official last train in the evening peak. It will leave
Seven Sisters at 15:52, perform six runs up and down the line, and
finish at Seven Sisters at 19:32.

If I see one I might get on. But I don't have any special memories of
them.

I remember the comfy cross seating in the middle of motor cars that has
almost gone now. Although similar seating remains on the Bakerloo line, I
rarely travel on that, being orthogonal to most routes I use. I probably
use the Victoria as much as any other tube line getting to and from King's
Cross or Tottenham Hale.
