Default Obsolete buses real-time information

http://m.tfl.gov.uk/mt/www.tfl.gov.u...realtime/buses
/default.html at 11:58 on Sunday, 2 October 2011 shows for route 43:
From Saturday 18 June until January 2012, routes 43 141 will be
diverted southbound, between Moorgate (Finsbury Square) and Bank, due
to Crossrail construction works.

The diversion had finished on Monday, 26 September, 2011.

From 0500 Monday 19 September until 0500 Monday 17 October, buses will
not serve London Bridge station and will be diverted with delays due
to Roadworks.

I caught a 43 from London Bridge Station on Saturday, 1 October 2011.

Between 1000 and 1500, from Monday 12 September to Sunday 2 October,
buses will be subject to delays due to footway and ducting works
requiring lane restrictions.

Without a location, this message is useless.

From 0500 Monday 19 September until 1800 Friday 24 February 2012 buses
will be subject to severe delays due to utility works on Bishopsgate
and Gracechurch Street.

As the route is not diverted, this information is irrelevant.

OTOH, Moorgate Station southbound is closed until further notice and
Moorgate Station northbound is moved north of the junction with
Ropemaker Street.

I reported most of this to the Surface Transport Customer Support Centre
at 0845 300 7000 on Monday, 26 September, 2011.
That report was evidently futile.

Can anyone suggest an effective place to report bus information?
