The rail system is inappropriate for and irrelevant to most movement of
goods currently carried out in this country by road vehicles. Improving
the rail system will not make it more relevant or appropriate.

The purpose of a trial is to arrive at the truth. You seem to have made
up your mind in advance. Some people will prefer to wait until the
evidence is available before deciding.
