can't. *However, when the government finally realizes that it has to spend

Who are you going to tax, and how?

There are so few industries left to tax out of existence.

Too much talent, and finance, has left the UK.

Had HMG saved during the good years, now would be the time for
national infrastructure improvements.

HMG did not. There is no money to be had.

It would be better to cut tax and allow business to create new wealth.
