Default DLR platform display clocks

How are clocks synchronised on the real railway?

The original digital ones were synched to "Rugby" (now located at
Anthorn in Cumbria).

Analogue ones are increasing synchronised to the "correct twice a day"
source, popularly known as "stopped".
