Default Plans to start Croxley Rail Link services in 2016

Good news, John, although I think you will agree this 2016 date was
announced with the funding decision in December.... given the incredible
time it is taking to make the decision for the Chiltern link to Oxford,
- still not a firm yes over a year after the pubic inquiry ended, I do
worry that Croxley Link will be delayed by similarly drawn out processes.
