Whilst never hosting 55 departures a day in it's heyday, there can be
few stories of a glittering short life followed by overnight decline
as dramatic as that of Waterloo International, though of course the
infrastructure remains for future reuse.

The fact that is yet to be re-used is a disgrace. Waterloo struggles
to cope, while the former International Platforms sit idle. The loops
thru Putney, Richmond, et al are very intensely utilized.
