Since the previous access was totally inadequate and could not easily
have its capacity increased, what would your solution have been?
in CJB world Paddington would have 16 tracks all the way from Reading
to London thus allowing mass suicides at Hayes and Harlington but also
allowing trains to keep running.
Surely anti-suicide nets over the whole GWR line (for as far as CJB
travels)?
