works well. Why? Because there are no traffic lights, only a couple
of pesky pedestrian lights! Without God-forsaken traffic lights,
London's road traffic moves quite smoothly.

Speed enforcement on that section is a bit strict, but the traffic MOSTLY
keeps moving.
