What, like a fleet of buses? Even the Picadilly line with its eleventy
zillion stops would be faster. So there's little point in them
arranging anything.


Unless you're catching a connection at paddington or going somewhere near
there the piccadilly line is better full stop since by the time you've got
to paddington, shlepped over to the H&C or circle line platforms and waiting
15 mins for a train to crawl into the station then another 30 mins to crawl
anywhere useful the picc will already have got you to the west end.
