Escalator 8 is currently being installed as part of the CTRL project.
The Northern ticket hall will add far better access to the Northern
Line. At present the entrances and connecting passageways are being
replaced and diverted.

As I understood. What I was trying to clarify was that the old ticket hall
(currently without ticket facilities) would remain in use throughout (give
or take a weekend closure or something like that).
