Oh, I dunno - East India DLR is totally unstaffed, as far as I can see.
And I expect some other DLR stations are, too.


DLR isn't Underground


True... although at Bank, Island Gardens, and Cutty Sark it is underground.

Obviously Bank is staffed... are the other two?
