Zero-value tickets issued to ENCTS pass holders are usually where the ticket machine is unable to read smartcards.

Increasingly, the newer machines (on Stagecaoch, Arriva, Go Ahead buses) register the pass usage and don't issue a ticket. First still issue zero tickets for some reason.
