if the cheapest fare for "swanning" around Z1 all day is a Z1-6 travel
card, that's what people will buy

The zones 1&2 and 1-4 Oyster PAYG daily caps aren't being abolished,
just the zones 1&2 and 1-4 paper Day Travelcards.
