Some dodgy route planning from the Greater Anglia (sorry, Abellio Greater
Anglia, the old URL gives a blank page now) web site. I think the best
cheap route is the 08:48 to Tottenham Hale, then Victoria Line. It
doesn't seem to think of this, despite it being about £4 cheaper (GA-only
off-peak day travelcard instead of any permitted) and as quick if not
quicker.

Restriction C4
VALID BY TRAINS DUE IN LDN AT/AFTER 1000 M-F ?

The 0848 from Cambridge is all stations from Cheshunt, and doesn't get
to Liverpool Street until 1014.

I would use Victoria. Although you can't avoid the flight of steps
from the LUL ticket hall to the NR concourse at Victoria, Brixton NR
is on a viaduct with 30 - 40 steps up to the platforms.

Thanks. I assume the 1000 restriction applies at London Terminals. The 0848
is due to arrive at Tottenham Hale at 1000 anyway.
