Default Jubilee line tunnelling this weekend?
TfL's weekly travel update email this week includes:

" Jubilee line

Trains will not run from Friday to Monday between Waterloo and
Finchley Road, while we carry out essential Jubilee line tunnelling
work. "

What tunnelling is this? Or do they just mean tunnel *maintenance* work?
