I found this on a another list (Discussion of Rivers of London aka Midnight
Riot)

someone noted

There is also a proud tradition of fake signs and posters being placed
on the Underground - I particular treasure one that exhorts passengers
to consider the welfare of other travellers and not to leave the Daily
Mail on the seats.
