Packed lunch? Yes, I know they said "pack".

and bear in mind the limited comfort breaks so might like to use the
loos at Liverpool St before going to Moorgate.

I'm struggling with the idea that 300 bashers with crossed legs can
be accommodated at Barking in the time available. I wonder if there
are any alternative facilities nearby?

Should be possible within the hour's stop, unless the facilities are very
limited. I assume it will be somewhat gender unbalanced.
