So Richmond and Ealing trains will be stopping at Earls Court? Will
they reverse there or will they continue to the depot to reverse? Will
any be continuing to High Street Kensington (I actually saw a train at
Platform 4 last tuesday! 5:20 AM(!) a direct to Ealing or Richmond or
something)

Why aren't they running Richmond/Ealing trains to Edgware Road (using
slots and trains from the none-existant circle line)?

According to the TfL Journey Planner the Richmond/Ealing trains will
terminate at High Street Kensington. It gives the following frequencies:

4tph Richmond - High St Ken
4tph Ealing Broadway - High St Ken
4tph Olympia - Earl's Court
8tph Wimbledon - Edgware Road
6tph Hammersmith - Whitechapel
6tph Hammersmith - Barking
6tph Whitechapel - Upminster
