Absolute idiocy.

How do you know he wasn't doing a perfectly legal 30mph and suddenly
had to swerve because some pillock on a bike wandered into his path?
Seen those sorts of near misses a number of times. Most of the supposed
deaths by lorry were due to the cyclist not using any common sense.

He must have been going a fair bit to get across the subway like that.

Its not even a car length.

He had to get through the railing which is meant to resist vehicles, and
jump half the subway.
