"Planning to MOVE there" means that you are coming to set up a new home
near Heathrow for a long time. Do you mean that you are visiting London
for a few days or weeks?

anyone can suggest me to prefer a
right service provider offering London airport cab.

Public transport might be better than a cab, but it depends (a) where
you are staying in London, and (b) when you are arriving at Heathrow
(day of the week and time).
