Does anyone have a full list of what one has to do with Oyster PAYG to
correctly interchange between the train and tram at each station? I know

The only station where the tram stops inside the station is the
little-known Wimbledon,

Elmers End is inside the (ungated) station. And Mitcham Junction sort-of
integrates the adjacent tram and rail stations.

Everywhere except Wimbledon, you just do what you would expect: touch in
and out for trains, touch-in only for trams (trams are rather like buses
for Oyster purposes).

However the three people who understood the Schleswig-Holstein question
gave up on figuring out how to use Oyster at Wimbledon.
