Default The Fleet Line - Don't Jubilee've It!

There's only one current line with a made-up composite name like that: the
Bakerloo. And only one other one has a name based on its end points at all:
the Hammersmith and City.

Except only one end point is mentioned (the other is now Barking, though
I accept it was originally Farringdon).

What about both the Piccadilly and the Central? Those names derive from
the original intended end-points (Great Northern and Piccadilly Railway
and Central London Railway). Someone has already mentioned the Waterloo
and City.
