Default Back office Oystercard delayed until 2017

An Oyster card that works the same way as a wireless payment card,
where the fare calculations are done in the back office at the end of
the day. Instead of a bank account, the Oyster card is linked to a TfL
account where you deposit money.

Thus making the card cheaper, as it ceases being a full smartcard and
can just be a simple RFID card, like the ones you use to open doors at
work which cost next to nothing.
