Yes, although that is AIUI "all or nothing" so, for example, will rule
out routes which involve even just a few steps on the way from street to
platform - and indeed rule out stations with ramps which suitcases can
be wheeled up.

Yes, it would better if it had two options: "no steps" and "minimise
steps".
