In a Money No Object universe , another way to reduce the crowding at Bank

people go from there onto the northern to go 1 stop to Bank.

Unfortunately Crossrail and the new Moorgate/ Liv St station
completely blocks the ability to extend the GN tunnels. "Money no
object" is overridden by "physically impossible".

The distance is under half a mile. Pedestrian tunnels must be much
easier to route than train tunnels are. Extend the Great Northern from
Moorgate to Bank as pedestrian tunnel, entered from the platforms, with
branches at the south end to deliver to Bank station, other nearby
transport nexi, various other places of employment, and the Bank itself.
