The plan is a 40 day closure Moorgate to Kennington, with trains
reversing at the former.

This is followed by 77 days where part of the service involves trains
running southbound via Charing Cross and northbound via Bank
(non-stopping Bank itself) - I don't know if the plan is to use the
Kennington siding or run to Morden - and the remainder involves trains
reversing south-to-north at Moorgate.
