based on a defined month of 1st-31st, which isn't going to suit the vast
majority of people
I used to be paid 13 times a year, ie a 4-week, 28 day month starting on
a Monday (a calendar was supplied)
Would this suit better ?
the point is that "monthly" only worse advantageously if you arrange it so
